A pool pump is a crucial mechanical device that works in conjunction with the filter to maintain your pool's cleanliness. Pool pumps are offered in a large selection with many different sizes and pumping capabilities. Some are designed for smaller above-ground pools while others are better for in ground ones.
Pool filters are made for both in ground and above ground pools and are designed specifically to work in correlation with different pumps. Some filters needs to be back washed, which essentially washes out debris from the filter by reversing the stream of water.
